Simple stamping is a wonderful technique to embrace now we are starting to get into the crazy busy holiday season.
To create a simple card for today’s project, I’m using a beautiful stamp set from the Holiday Catalog called Falling for Leaves. There is a coordinating framelit set, Detailed Leaves, that has some gorgeous leaf images but I decided to only use the stamps.
A Very Vanilla Note Card is the perfect size for simple stamping.
I chose fall colors from Stampin’ Up!’s ink collection and simply stamped on the front of the card using different colors and a variety of images.
To add some interest, I die cut two different sized squares from Stitched Shapes Framelits and Layering Squares Framelits and layered them together. You could easily eliminate this step and stamp the greeting directly on the card front.
