The inspiration for these cute and sparkly Christmas ornaments is from a Stampin’ Up! Christmas kit I’ve had laying around since 2008. The kit had a variety of shapes in chipboard with matching pattern paper to cover them. To recreate the look I had to do a “faux” chipboard look using Crumb Cake cardstock which worked out perfectly. The Circle and Star Framelits were the right size and I covered the “chipboard” with pattern paper from Trim the Tree Designer Series Pack. To finish them off with a little sparkle, I used Heat-n-Stick Powder along with Dazzling Diamonds. I wish the picture above captured the true sparkle the Dazzling Diamonds gives off.
